- Mixed salad greens
- 4 cups, washed and dried
- Dates
- 1 cup, pitted and chopped
- Pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup
- Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup, crumbled
- Olive oil

- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
- Salt
