Ingredients
- Dried thyme (1/2 teaspoon)
- Paprika (1/2 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic cloves (4, minced)
- Onion (1 large, thinly sliced)
- Chicken breasts (4)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.
- Rub the garlic mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Arrange the thinly sliced onions on top of the chicken breasts.
