Ingredients

  • Dried thyme (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Paprika (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Garlic cloves (4, minced)
  • Onion (1 large, thinly sliced)
  • Chicken breasts (4)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.
  4. Rub the garlic mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  5. Arrange the thinly sliced onions on top of the chicken breasts.
