
Onion and Garlic Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
- Skewers (4, soaked in water)
- Paprika (1/2 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Onion (1 medium, finely chopped)
- Shrimp (1 pound, peeled and deveined)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot.
