Ingredients

Baguette
1, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices
Olive oil
3 tablespoons, divided
Red onion
1 large, thinly sliced
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Tomatoes
3 medium, diced
Fresh basil
1/4 cup, chopped
Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
