1 medium, thinly sliced
Zucchini
1 medium, sliced into half-moons
Eggs
6 large
Milk
1/4 cup
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Grated cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
1 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion and zucchini to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.
