- 2 medium-sized, roasted and sliced Beets
- 2, segmented Oranges
- 4 cups Mixed greens
- 1/4 cup, thinly sliced Red onion

- 1/3 cup, roughly chopped Walnuts
- 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar

Instructions
