Ingredients

Beets
2 medium-sized, roasted and sliced
Oranges
2, segmented
Mixed greens
4 cups
Red onion
1/4 cup, thinly sliced
Goat cheese
1/2 cup, crumbled
Walnuts
1/3 cup, roughly chopped
Extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
