Ingredients

Original recipe serves 6

Orange zest
2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
1/4 cup, freshly squeezed
Honey
1/3 cup
Orange juice
2 cups, freshly squeezed

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice, honey, lemon juice, and orange zest.
  2. Whisk the mixture until the honey is fully dissolved and the ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion as they freeze.
  4. Insert the popsicle sticks into each mold and place them in the freezer.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until the popsicles are solid and fully set.
  6. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.
  7. Gently pull on the popsicle sticks to release the popsicles, and enjoy these refreshing treats!
