Ingredients

Sparkling water
4 cups, chilled
Water
1 cup
Granulated sugar
3/4 cup
Lemons
2, juiced
Oranges
4, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the water and granulated sugar. Heat over medium-high heat, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil while stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and allow the sugar syrup to cool completely.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice and lemon juice.
  3. Once the sugar syrup has cooled, add it to the pitcher with the citrus juices. Stir well to ensure everything is mixed thoroughly.
  4. Just before serving, gently pour in the chilled sparkling water, stirring lightly to combine without losing the fizz.
