Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the ground chicken, crumbled feta cheese, chopped oregano, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty, making them slightly thicker in the center for even cooking.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, gently place the patties in the skillet.
