Ingredients
- Black pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Fresh oregano (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Chicken breasts (4 boneless, skinless)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, oregano, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken to ensure even coating. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
