
Oregano and Garlic Grilled Shrimp
These flavorful grilled shrimp are marinated in a mixture of oregano, garlic, and olive oil, then cooked to perfection on the grill.
Ingredients
- Fresh parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Lemon (1, juiced)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Dried oregano (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Shrimp (1 pound, peeled and deveined)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers, if desired, or place them directly on the grill grates.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque.
