Ingredients
- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Lemon zest (1 tablespoon)
- Oregano (1 tablespoon, dried)
- Pork chops (4 bone-in chops)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the oregano, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the pork chops with the olive oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle the oregano mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
