Ingredients

  • Oreo cookies (25, plus extra for garnish)
  • Unsalted butter (1/2 cup, melted)
  • Cream cheese (3 cups)
  • Granulated sugar (1 cup)
  • Sour cream (1 cup)
  • Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • Eggs (3, large)
  • Whipped cream (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Using a food processor, crush 25 Oreo cookies until they are finely ground. Add the melted butter to the crushed cookies and pulse until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Press the cookie and butter mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well until all ingredients are well combined.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring to mix well after each addition.
