Whipped cream

Milk

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the freshly brewed coffee, sultanas, crushed cardamom pods, and cinnamon stick.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Allow it to steep for 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the coffee mixture into two mugs, discarding the solids.
  4. In the same saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it is hot but not boiling. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
  5. Pour the hot milk into the mugs with the strained coffee mixture, filling each mug to the desired level.
  6. Stir in the honey until fully combined, adjusting the sweetness to taste.
  7. Top each mug generously with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon for an extra touch of flavor.
