Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it's fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and continue to cook until it's wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

Tips
- Choose large, fresh oysters for this recipe. The larger size will better hold the topping.
