- Peanut oil (2 tablespoons)
- Chicken breast (1 cup, cooked and shredded)
- Shrimp (1 cup, peeled and deveined)
- Bean sprouts (1 cup)
- Carrots (1 cup, julienned)
- Green onions (1/2 cup, chopped)
- Eggs (2, beaten)
- Pad Thai sauce (1/2 cup)
- Peanuts (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a large skillet, heat the peanut oil over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken, shrimp, bean sprouts, carrots, and green onions. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and the chicken and shrimp are heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
