1 (store-bought or homemade)
Peanut oil
2 tablespoons
Chicken breast
1 cup, cooked and shredded
Shrimp
1 cup, peeled and deveined
Bean sprouts
1 cup
Carrots
1 cup, julienned
Green onions
1/2 cup, chopped
Eggs

Pad Thai sauce
1/2 cup
Peanuts
1/4 cup, chopped
Cilantro
1/4 cup, chopped
Lime wedges
for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the peanut oil over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken, shrimp, bean sprouts, carrots, and green onions. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and the chicken and shrimp are heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Push the ingredients to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix with the other ingredients.
  5. Spread the Pad Thai sauce evenly over the prepared pizza dough.
  6. Top the sauce with the cooked chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and scrambled eggs.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
  9. Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
