Ingredients

Original recipe serves 2

Mixed berries
1 cup, plus extra for topping
Gelatin
1 tablespoon
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Honey
2 tablespoons, or to taste
Milk
1 cup, divided
Greek yogurt
1 cup

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of milk and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, the remaining milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Heat the gelatin mixture in the microwave for 10 seconds until just dissolved, then add it to the blender. Blend again until everything is well combined.
  4. Pour the smoothie mixture into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until it has set to a creamy consistency.
  5. Before serving, top each smoothie with a handful of mixed berries for a burst of color and flavor.
