Ingredients
- Mixed berries
- 1 cup, plus extra for topping
- Gelatin
- 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon
- Honey
- 2 tablespoons, or to taste
- Milk
- 1 cup, divided
- Greek yogurt
- 1 cup
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of milk and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, the remaining milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Heat the gelatin mixture in the microwave for 10 seconds until just dissolved, then add it to the blender. Blend again until everything is well combined.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until it has set to a creamy consistency.
