Servings: 4

Ingredients

All-purpose flour
1 cup
Milk
1 cup
Eggs
2 large
Granulated sugar
2 tablespoons
Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Unsalted butter
3 tablespoons, melted (for the batter) + extra for cooking
Dulce de leche
1 cup
Powdered sugar
for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, granulated sugar, salt, and melted butter until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush lightly with melted butter to prevent sticking.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, swirling it around to evenly coat the bottom.
  4. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the edges begin to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
  5. Carefully flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until lightly golden on the other side.
  6. Transfer the cooked pancake to a plate and repeat the cooking process with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.
  7. Once all pancakes are cooked, generously spread dulce de leche on each pancake.
  8. Roll up the pancakes tightly and dust the tops with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
  9. Serve warm, and savor the decadent flavors!
