- Cod fillets
- 4 (6-ounce) fillets
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon, or to taste
- Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon, or to taste
- Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup, freshly grated
- Fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Lemon wedges

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, combine the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Brush the cod fillets evenly with olive oil on both sides.
- Dredge each fillet in the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently so the coating adheres well. Ensure that each fillet is evenly coated.
- Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
