Cod fillets
4 (6-ounce) fillets
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Salt

Black pepper

Garlic powder

Paprika

Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese
1 cup, freshly grated
Fresh parsley
2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
