Ingredients

- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)

- Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Radishes (1 bunch, trimmed and halved)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the radishes, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the radishes are well coated.
- Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
