- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Sweet potatoes (2 large, peeled and cut into cubes)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
