
Parmesan Garlic Roasted Turnips and Potatoes
This delicious side dish features roasted turnips and potatoes seasoned with parmesan cheese and garlic.
Ingredients
- Fresh parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Potatoes (4 medium, peeled and cut into cubes)
- Turnips (4 medium, peeled and cut into cubes)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the turnips, potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the turnips and potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
