Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground
Sea salt
1/2 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup, freshly grated
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons
Zucchini
4 medium-sized, sliced into rounds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the zucchini slices, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss until the zucchini slices are well coated.
  3. Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
