Fresh parsley
2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon, freshly ground
Sea salt
1/2 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup, freshly grated
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons
Zucchini
4 medium-sized, sliced into rounds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
