- Dried rosemary (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Baby potatoes (1.5 lbs)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dry the baby potatoes.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the baby potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
