
Parmesan Roasted Potatoes
These Parmesan roasted potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with delicious Parmesan flavor.
Ingredients
- Fresh parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish))
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Dried thyme (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Potatoes (1.5 lbs, cut into small cubes)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
