These Parmesan roasted radishes are a delicious and unique side dish that brings out the natural sweetness of radishes.

Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley (1 tablespoon, chopped)
  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Radishes (1 bunch, trimmed and halved)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the radishes with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the radishes are tender and golden brown.
