Parsnips
2 medium, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the diced parsnips and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados using a fork until you reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
