Corn kernels

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. In a blender or food processor, blend the corn kernels, milk, sugar, and butter until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour half of the corn mixture into the skillet with the ground beef. Stir to combine, ensuring the beef is well coated.
  6. Spread the remaining corn mixture evenly over the beef mixture in the skillet.
  7. Top with raisins, sliced green olives, and hard-boiled eggs, arranging them evenly over the surface.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is heated through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.
