Each bite melts in your mouth, showcasing a unique blend of creaminess and sweetness.

Serves 15

Ingredients

Condensed milk
1 cup
Powdered milk
2 cups
Granulated sugar
1/2 cup
Unsalted butter
2 tablespoons, softened
White sugar (for coating)
1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk, powdered milk, granulated sugar, and softened unsalted butter. Mix well until a thick dough-like consistency is formed. You may find it easier to use your hands to knead the mixture.
  2. Scoop a tablespoonful of the mixture and roll it into a small cylindrical shape, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Roll the shaped pastillas in white sugar to coat all sides thoroughly. This adds a delightful sweetness and a beautiful finish.
  4. Repeat the process until all the mixture is used, placing the coated pastillas on a plate or tray.
  5. Refrigerate the pastillas for at least 1 hour to firm up, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy these sweet treats as a delightful snack or dessert!

Tips

  • 💡 For a twist, try adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
  • 💡 You can also roll the pastillas in crushed nuts or desiccated coconut for added texture and taste.
  • 💡 Store the pastillas in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
