Ingredients

Pastrami
1 pound, sliced
Slider buns
12, mini
Coleslaw mix
4 cups
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Optional: Dill pickles
1/2 cup, sliced (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix to the dressing and stir until thoroughly combined. Set aside for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced pastrami to the skillet and cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly crispy at the edges.
  4. While the pastrami is heating, slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves on a serving platter.
  5. Once the pastrami is ready, place a generous portion on the bottom half of each bun.
  6. Top the warm pastrami with a heaping spoonful of the prepared coleslaw.
  7. For an extra burst of flavor, add sliced dill pickles on top of the coleslaw (optional).
  8. Cover each slider with the top half of the bun to complete the sliders.
  9. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to an hour before serving to let the flavors develop further.
