Flour tortillas
4 large
Pastrami
8 ounces, sliced
Dill pickles
1 cup, sliced
Lettuce
1 cup, shredded
Tomato
1 medium, diced
Red onion
1/2 medium, thinly sliced
Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
Yellow mustard
2 tablespoons
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and yellow mustard together to create a creamy spread.
  3. Spread the mustard-mayo mixture evenly on each tortilla, covering the surface completely.
  4. Layer the pastrami, sliced pickles, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and thinly sliced red onion on top of the tortillas.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste to enhance the flavors.
  6. Carefully fold the sides of the tortillas inward, then roll them up tightly from the bottom to form burritos.
  7. Cut the burritos in half diagonally and serve immediately, perhaps with a side of extra pickles or potato chips.
