Ingredients

Pasta (elbow or rotini)
8 ounces
Pastrami
8 ounces, sliced into strips
Pickles
1 cup, chopped
Mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Fresh dill (optional)
1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
