Pastrami Caesar Salad
Experience the fusion of traditional Caesar salad with a savory twist of pastrami. This Pastrami Caesar Salad is not just a salad, it's a symphony of crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy croutons, and the rich smoky flavor of the pastrami, all bound together by a creamy Caesar dressing. A touch of Parmesan adds an elegant flair, while a squeeze of fresh lemon brightens the whole plate. - Add the croutons to the salad mixture.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad. Toss everything together until the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

- Serve the salad immediately for the best taste and texture. If desired, garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and a lemon wedge on the side.
Tips
- To make your own Caesar dressing, blend together anchovies, garlic, egg yolks, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and a little Worcestershire sauce. Slowly drizzle in olive oil as you continue to blend until the dressing is emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.
- For an extra touch of flavor, try toasting the croutons in a pan with a little garlic and olive oil before adding them to the salad.
