Hot dogs
4
Hot dog buns
4
Pastrami
8 ounces, thinly sliced
Swiss cheese
4 slices
Mustard
to taste
Pickles
to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Grill the hot dogs until they are heated through and have grill marks, about 5 minutes.
  3. While the hot dogs are grilling, warm the pastrami in a skillet over medium heat until it is heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each hot dog bun, then place a grilled hot dog on top of the cheese.
  5. Top each hot dog with two slices of warm pastrami.
  6. Add mustard to taste, and garnish with pickles if desired.
  7. Serve the pastrami dogs immediately, while they are still warm.
