This dish, with its origins rooted in Jewish delis, brings a comforting touch to breakfast or brunch. It's a perfect way to start your day with a burst of flavor and texture, and can easily be customized with your favorite toppings, such as a sunny-side-up egg or a sprinkle of hot sauce for an added kick.
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Pastrami
- 8 ounces, diced
- Potatoes

Instructions

- Add the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the skillet, mixing well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Remove from heat and serve the hash hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Tips
- For an added twist, try adding bell peppers or jalapeños for extra flavor and heat.
- Top your hash with a fried or poached egg for a protein boost and a rich, runny yolk.
- Feel free to swap out the pastrami for corned beef or turkey for a different flavor profile.
