Potatoes
4 medium, diced
Green beans
1 pound, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons
Salt

Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes to the boiling water and cook for approximately 10 minutes, until they are halfway tender.
  3. Gently add the green beans to the pot with the potatoes and continue to boil for another 10 minutes, or until both the potatoes and green beans are fully tender.
  4. Carefully drain the potatoes and green beans in a colander, allowing them to steam dry for a minute.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hot vegetables with the minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently until everything is well combined and the garlic releases its fragrant aroma.
