Frozen peas
2 cups
Canned artichoke hearts
1 can (14 oz), drained and chopped
Cream cheese
8 oz, softened
Sour cream
1 cup
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup, grated
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Fresh parsley
1/4 cup, chopped (plus more for garnish)
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, cook the frozen peas according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked peas, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture is creamy.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly to create a smooth surface.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with additional fresh parsley.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables for dipping.
