  • Fresh parsley (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Fresh mint (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  2. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. Place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
