Ingredients

  • Cayenne pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Red bell pepper (1/2, diced)
  • Ripe mango (1, diced)
  • Frozen peas (1 cup, thawed)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the thawed peas, diced mango, diced red bell pepper, finely chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Pour the lime juice mixture over the pea and mango mixture. Toss gently to combine.
