Ingredients
- Cayenne pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Red bell pepper (1/2, diced)
- Ripe mango (1, diced)
- Frozen peas (1 cup, thawed)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed peas, diced mango, diced red bell pepper, finely chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
