- Lemon juice

- Dijon mustard

- Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup
- Fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Red onion
- 1 medium, finely chopped
- Frozen peas
- 2 cups, thawed
- Potatoes
- 4 large, boiled and cubed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the boiled and cubed potatoes, thawed peas, finely chopped red onion, and fresh dill. Mix gently to evenly distribute the ingredients.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Slowly pour the dressing over the potato and pea mixture. Toss gently until all the ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
