Serves 2

Ingredients

Ice cubes
1 cup
Honey
2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
Milk
1 cup (whole or your choice)
Vanilla ice cream
2 scoops
Apricots
2, peeled and pitted
Peaches
2, peeled and pitted

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the peeled and pitted peaches and apricots. Ensure they are ripe for maximum sweetness.
  2. Add the vanilla ice cream, milk, honey, and ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds. Stop to scrape down the sides if needed.
  4. Taste the milkshake and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired, then blend again briefly.
  5. Pour the milkshake into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
  6. Optional: Garnish each milkshake with a slice of peach or apricot on the rim of the glass or a sprig of mint for added freshness.

Tips

  • 💡 For a dairy-free version, substitute almond milk or coconut milk for regular milk and use dairy-free ice cream.
  • 💡 Add a splash of orange juice for a citrus twist that complements the stone fruits beautifully.
  • 💡 For an adult version, consider adding a shot of peach or apricot liqueur for a refreshing cocktail.
