Ingredients
- Water
- 1 cup
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
- Honey
- 3 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Apricots
- 4, pitted and chopped
- Peaches
- 4, pitted and chopped
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, chopped apricots, honey, lemon juice, and water.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and well combined, ensuring there are no chunks of fruit left.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- Pour the blended fruit mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold nearly to the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds, ensuring they are centered and upright.
- Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out.
