
Peach and Apricot Salsa
This refreshing salsa combines the sweetness of peaches and apricots with a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Jalapeno (1, seeded and finely chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Apricots (2, diced)
- Peaches (2, diced)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced peaches, diced apricots, finely chopped red onion, finely chopped jalapeno, and chopped cilantro.
- Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
