
Peach and Apricot Sangria

Ingredients
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- Club soda (1 cup)
- Peach schnapps (1/2 cup)
- White wine (1 bottle)
- Lemons (2, juiced)
- Oranges (2, juiced)
- Apricots (2, sliced)
- Peaches (2, sliced)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the sliced peaches, sliced apricots, orange juice, and lemon juice.
- Add the white wine and peach schnapps to the pitcher and stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- When ready to serve, add the club soda and stir gently.
