Fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup, for garnish and infusion
Ice cubes
as needed
Club soda
1 cup, chilled
Peach schnapps
1/2 cup
White wine
1 bottle (750 ml), preferably a dry variety
Lemons
2, juiced and sliced
Oranges
2, sliced
Apricots
3, pitted and sliced
Peaches
3, pitted and sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced peaches, sliced apricots, orange slices, and the juice of the lemons.
  2. Pour in the white wine and peach schnapps. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
  3. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the fruit to infuse the sangria with its sweet essence.
  4. When ready to serve, gently stir in the chilled club soda to the pitcher for a refreshing fizz.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria over the ice, ensuring each glass gets a generous amount of fruit.
  6. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves before serving chilled.
