Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup, for garnish and infusion
- Ice cubes

- Club soda
- 1 cup, chilled
- Peach schnapps
- 1/2 cup
- White wine
- 1 bottle (750 ml), preferably a dry variety
- Lemons
- 2, juiced and sliced
- Oranges
- 2, sliced
- Apricots
- 3, pitted and sliced
- Peaches
- 3, pitted and sliced
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the sliced peaches, sliced apricots, orange slices, and the juice of the lemons.
- Pour in the white wine and peach schnapps. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the fruit to infuse the sangria with its sweet essence.
- When ready to serve, gently stir in the chilled club soda to the pitcher for a refreshing fizz.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sangria over the ice, ensuring each glass gets a generous amount of fruit.
