Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips (for serving)
  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)

  • Jalapeno (1 small, seeded and finely chopped)
  • Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Blueberries (1 cup)
  • Peaches (2 medium, diced)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, blueberries, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Gently toss everything together until well mixed.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
