
Peach and Mango Crumble
This delicious peach and mango crumble is a perfect summer dessert. The sweet and juicy peaches and mangoes are topped with a crunchy crumble topping.
Ingredients
- Unsalted butter (1/4 cup, cold and diced)
- Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
- Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
- Brown sugar (1/4 cup)
- Rolled oats (1/2 cup)
- All (purpose flour - 1/2 cup)
- Granulated sugar (1/4 cup)
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Mangoes (2 cups, peeled and diced)
- Peaches (4 cups, peeled and sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, diced mangoes, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Toss to coat the fruits evenly.
- Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the cold diced butter to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbly and the crumble topping is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
