
Peach and Mango Ice Cream
This refreshing peach and mango ice cream is the perfect summer treat.
Ingredients
- Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
- Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
- Whole milk (1 cup)
- Heavy cream (1 cup)
- Sugar (1/2 cup)
- Ripe mangoes (2, peeled and pitted)
- Ripe peaches (3, peeled and pitted)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, puree the peaches and mangoes until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit puree, sugar, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours to firm up.
