Water
1/2 cup
Lime juice
1 tablespoon, freshly squeezed
Honey
2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
Ripe mangoes
2, peeled and pitted
Ripe peaches
2, peeled and pitted

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling and pitting the ripe peaches and mangoes, ensuring they are at their peak ripeness for the best flavor.
  2. Cut the peaches and mangoes into small chunks and place them in a blender.
  3. Add the honey, freshly squeezed lime juice, and water to the blender with the fruit.
  4. Blend the mixture on high until smooth and well combined, ensuring there are no large chunks of fruit.
  5. Pour the blended mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds, ensuring they are centered.
  7. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  8. To remove the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them.
