Peach and Mango Salsa

This refreshing salsa is made with ripe peaches, juicy mangoes, and a hint of spice.

Ingredients

  • Ground cumin (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Jalapeno pepper (1, seeded and finely chopped)
  • Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Ripe mango (1, diced)
  • Ripe peaches (2, diced)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, diced mango, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and finely chopped jalapeno pepper.
  2. Add the lime juice, salt, and ground cumin. Stir well to combine.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve chilled as a topping for grilled chicken, fish, or tacos, or enjoy with tortilla chips as a refreshing salsa.
