
Peach and Mango Salsa
This refreshing salsa is made with ripe peaches, juicy mangoes, and a hint of spice.
Ingredients
- Ground cumin (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Jalapeno pepper (1, seeded and finely chopped)
- Fresh cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Ripe mango (1, diced)
- Ripe peaches (2, diced)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, diced mango, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and finely chopped jalapeno pepper.
- Add the lime juice, salt, and ground cumin. Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled as a topping for grilled chicken, fish, or tacos, or enjoy with tortilla chips as a refreshing salsa.
