4 cups, sliced
Nectarines
4 cups, sliced
Granulated sugar
1/2 cup
All-purpose flour
2 tablespoons
Cinnamon
1 teaspoon
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Unsalted butter
1/2 cup, cold and cubed
Brown sugar
1/3 cup
Rolled oats
1 cup
Chopped nuts
1/2 cup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sliced nectarines, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Toss until the fruits are well coated.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the cold cubed butter, brown sugar, rolled oats, and chopped nuts (if using). Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit mixture, ensuring good coverage.
